Dan Rodriguez has built his career through hands-on lighting design & controls specifically for automotive dealerships; From new construction to retrofits for existing facilities. Having experience in multiple facets of the industry, from manufacturer to distribution, has taught him that there is never a "one size fits all approach" and every project needs full interior & exterior analysis to meet specific site needs. Dan’s interests include spending quality time with his family, baseball, and being out on the river.
Dustin Smith
Design | Specification Manager
Texas native Dustin Smith has been exploring light for 20 years and has worked in the commercial lighting industry for more than 15 years designing and outfitting projects through equipment sales, specifications, and contracting. With a degree in fine art, Dustin has a true passion for lighting and has also mounted several site-specific art installations using light as a medium over the years. With a strong understanding of the way light behaves coupled with a value-minded sensibility, he has prepared for a long career in the rapidly changing field of lighting. Beyond the world of lighting, he enjoys woodworking, camping, biking, and exploring nature with his family.
Amanda Rodriguez
PM | Inside Sales Manager
Raised in the lighting industry at a very young age, Amanda has been close to technology changes over the past two decades. With 20 years of logistics and customer service management, Amanda has been extensively involved in third-parting logistical coordination overseeing various department leads on national accounts. Responsibilities include account management, warehouse and stocking processes and inventory control. Educated at both Riverside Community College and Mt. San Antonio College, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and baking.
